He assists both Italian and foreign financial institutions, with particular regard to litigation proceedings (with respect to which he has gained significant experience also in the extrajudicial phase) and capital markets regulation issues.

He has also been involved in administrative proceedings before the competent Financial Supervisory Authorities, as well as in the related stages of opposition before the relevant judicial Courts.

During his legal practice, he also assisted commercial companies within M&A transactions.
