Rachele Perez

Rachele specializes in structured finance and lending transactions, with a focus on assisting banks, investors, arrangers, originators, and servicers in securitization transactions involving different asset classes, including financial leasing agreements, auto loans, and performing and nonperforming loans portfolios.

She has also gained substantial in-house experience in project financing (for both renewables and oil & gas transactions) and corporate treasury transactions (cash-pooling agreements, intra-group financing agreements, parent company guarantees, bank guarantees, and derivatives).
