Valentina Dragoni

Valentina provides general assistance on corporate and commercial matters.

She has focused her activity on M&A with focus on the food, energy and infrastructure sectors. She is involved in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and other extraordinary transactions carried out by private equity funds and other domestic or foreign corporate clients (small, mid and large cap), entrepreneurs and managers.

She has developed a strong experience in private equity deals, both sell and buy-side, assisting clients in all phases (investment, add-on and exit) and type of transactions (leveraged buy-out, management buy-out, turnaround).

Graduated in law with “magna cum laude” at the Milan University in 1998, she obtained a comparative law degree from the Faculté Internationale de Droit Comparé – Strasburg.
