Cappelli RCCD assists the Magnaghi Group in the acquisition of CFN Precision Limited and Tecnickrome Aéronautique Inc
Cappelli RCCD alongside the Magnaghi Group in the process of strategic strengthening in the international market through the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of CFN Precision Limited, a company that produces precision metal components, plastics and composites for the aviation sector, and Tecnickrome Aéronautique Inc., a company that deals with surface treatments and coatings for the aviation industry, both part of the Sumitomo Group.
The Firm, with a team composed of the Name Partner Roberto Cappelli, Partner Stefania Lo Curto, Senior Associate Giulia Martino and Associates Adriano Facchini and Maria Chiara Cappelli, with the support of the General Counsel of the Group Stefano Libutti, has assisted the buyer in the negotiations and in the drafting of all the contracts relating to the transaction.
