Cappelli RCCD launches the energy department with the entry of Alessia Marconi as a partner in the Milan office

The entry of Alessia Marconi is part of the constant increase in the level of expertise in every area in which the Firm operates and allows to consolidate its positioning in the field of Administrative Law, with particular focus on the energy sector.

Alessia Marconi gained her professional experience in leading Italian and international and law firms, where she had the opportunity to assist national and international companies – also owned by public bodies – in many regulated sectors and, in particular, the energy sector. She contributed to some of the main M&A and project financing operations concerning renewable and traditional energy sources, as well as distributed generation and electric mobility. Alessia’s professional experience includes important operations and assistance activities in public law contracts, antitrust proceedings, infrastructure, logistics and transport, pharmaceuticals, real estate, anti-mafia procedures.
