Cappelli RCCD launches the new practice of Intellectual Property, Information Technology and Privacy with the entry of Alessandra Feller as Partner
Cappelli RCCD expands its practice with the launch of the IP, IT and Privacy department entrusting its leadership and development to Alessandra Feller who enters the firm as a partner.
Alessandra assists leading Italian and international companies operating in various sectors, including luxury and fashion, technology, in particular software and new technologies, life science, including scientific research, as well as food & beverage and sport. Alessandra has extensive experience in the fields of industrial law and intellectual property, information technology, privacy and personal data protection. In particular, Alessandra provides assistance in relation to the exploitation and protection of trademarks, patents, design, know-how, copyright, as well as in the field of technology transfer, research and development, information technology, unfair competition, consumer law and e-commerce, influencer marketing, image protection and advertising law. Alessandra also provides assistance in the areas of privacy and personal data processing and has acquired specific expertise in IP, IT and privacy support in corporate and m&a operations.
The new practice will operate in a coordinated and transversal way with the other 11 departments of the firm and will guarantee further support and assistance to the firm’s clients in strategic matters to optimise and maintain the level of competitiveness in their respective sectors.

Alessandra enters the Cappelli RCCD office in Milan with a consolidated team composed of senior associate Giulia Iozzia and associate Ginevra Lombardi, thus bringing the number of Cappelli RCCD professionals to about 110, including 25 partners among the Milan, Rome and London offices. Alessandra is a professor of commercial law at L. Bocconi University and is the author of publications on commercial law.
