Cappelli RCCD with CDP Venture Capital SGR – Start-up Relaunch Fund for an investment round in 14 Italian start-ups

Studio Legale Cappelli RCCD, with a team composed of partner Nicola Caielli, associate Alberto Elmi and junior associates Giulia Giudici and Carolina Galiero, assisted CDP Venture Capital SGR S.p.A. – Start-up Relaunch Fund in the finalization of investment rounds in 14 Italian start-ups active, among other things, in the food and beverage, real estate, sports, podcasts, telecommunications, tourism, digital content and motorcycle sharing sectors.

Such transactions, carried out through converting financial instruments and in co-investment with other accredited investors, are aimed at supporting the development and supporting projects to relaunch Italian start-ups and innovative SMEs, in order to give a strong boost to the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
