Gabriele Buratti joins Cappelli RCCD as a new partner.

Specialized in assisting on supervisory, governance and organization issues to collective asset managers, banks, insurance companies, investment firms, electronic money and payment institutions and other entities, Gabriele Buratti also boasts significant experience in defining structures for sector groups and financial conglomerates, as well as in respect of operational and prudential compliance profiles.

 

He also provides legal advice in favor of supervised entities in relation to the development of new business models and initiatives, including collective management platforms, and in the context of extraordinary transactions. He has experience in structuring distribution networks and models in the banking and insurance fields and in assisting sector bodies in supervisory and sanctioning procedures. He advises on anti-money laundering legislation.
